Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Rei Property Fax LLC ("we", "us"), operator of PixPlug. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

PixPlug lets you plan, schedule and publish content to Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and TikTok through those platforms' official APIs, and view metrics those APIs return. Features depend on the permissions each platform grants; we do not simulate connections or results.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and in brands you own, including team members you invite.
• You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract.

Your content and connected accounts

• You keep ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process and transmit it solely to provide the service.
• You confirm you are authorized to manage every social account you connect and to publish the content you schedule.
• You must comply with the terms and policies of Meta, Instagram and TikTok. Platforms may reject, limit or remove content, and we are not responsible for their decisions.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful or spam content, to violate anyone's privacy, or to attempt to access other customers' data or interfere with the service.

Publishing

We mark a post as published only after the platform confirms it. Scheduled posts may be delayed or fail because of platform outages, rate limits, expired permissions or content rules; we will show the error and retry where safe, but we do not guarantee that any post is published at an exact time.

Paid plans

If paid plans are offered, prices and limits are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time (see data deletion). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
