Privacy Policy

PixPlug is a social media scheduling and publishing service operated by Rei Property Fax LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, where it is stored and the choices you have. Contact: mago@reifax.com.

Data we collect

• Account data: email address, name, timezone and a password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider). If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email and Google account ID.
• Workspace content: brands you create, team members you invite and their roles, post drafts, captions, hashtags, schedules and media files you upload.
• Connected social accounts: when you connect Facebook, Instagram or TikTok we store the account or Page ID, name, username, profile picture URL, the permissions you granted, and the access tokens issued by the platform.
• Publishing results: platform post IDs, post URLs, publish times, and error messages returned by the platform.
• Analytics: account-level metrics returned by the official APIs (for example impressions, reach, engagement, follower counts), with their reporting period and sync time.
• Activity history: an audit log of actions taken in each brand (who created, approved, scheduled or published what, and when).

We do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell or rent personal data.

Facebook and Instagram connections

We connect through Meta's official Facebook Login and Graph API. With your permission we request: pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, read_insights, business_management, instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish and instagram_manage_insights. We use them only to list the Pages and Instagram professional accounts you choose, publish the posts you create or schedule, confirm publishing results, and show you your accounts' insights. We do not read private messages, and we never post anything you did not create or schedule.

TikTok connections

We connect through TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API with the scopes user.info.basic, video.publish and video.list, used only to identify your account, publish the videos you schedule and show their status and basic stats.

How we use data

• To provide the service: authenticate you, store your content, publish at the scheduled time, and show results and analytics.
• To keep the service secure and reliable: prevent duplicate posts, retry failed publishes, refresh expiring tokens, and investigate errors.
• To contact you about your account (for example password resets or failed publishes).

Storage and security

Data is stored in our managed cloud database and file storage. Platform access tokens are kept only on our servers in a table that is never exposed to browsers or to other customers. Access to each brand's data is restricted to its members by row-level access rules. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).

Sharing

We share content with Meta or TikTok only when you publish to them. We use infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, database and email delivery) that process data on our behalf. We may disclose data if required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect a social account at any time, which deletes its stored tokens. You can delete your account and all associated data as described on our data deletion page. Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing mago@reifax.com. The service is not directed to children under 13.
